The Mini Beef Share is ideal for trying our beef, supplementing your supply, or stocking up without needing a large freezer. This 20-pound share will last a single person for 4-6 months or a couple for 2-3 months on average.

8-10 Pounds Ground Beef (1 pound packages, 90/10 blend)
4-5 lbs Savory Cuts (variety)
6-8 lbs Dry-Aged Steaks (variety)
*We always do our very best to give you a wide variety of cuts, but please note we cannot guarantee any specific cuts or percentages in these mini bundles. Sometimes we only have heavy roasts and will include more steaks to ensure a better variety in your 20 pounds. All bundles will be a minimum of 20 pounds.

40% Premium Ground Beef:
8-10 lbs in convenient 1 lb packages 90/10 blend
25% Savory Cuts:
4-5 lbs of a variety of the following: liver, heart, soup bones, rump roast, arm roast or tip roast
35% Dry Aged Steaks:
6-8 lbs of delicious grass-fed steak including a variety of: Sirloin, Ribeye, Pikes peak, or T bone
